The Sevilla player assured in ‘Olé’ his admiration for the Portuguese when he was at Manchester United
Lucas Ocampos surprised in the last hours. In an interview with the Olé newspaper, the player from Seville declared his admiration for Cristiano Ronaldo, going back to the Portuguese stage in Manchester United.
“He was a fan when he was a boy, because he was already at the time when he understood football the most. In 2009, when Cristiano’s Manchester United was all the rage, there was Carlitos Tevez as well. I remember that at that time in Argentina they were spending it very early, type ten in the morning, and I would get up to watch the games, “said the Argentine.
Ocampos, also, confessed that given the difficulty of being able to see the Premier League matches at that time, he put YouTube videos to view the Portuguese on the field of play.
“It was not so easy at that time, YouTube was just starting and I remember that there was a cyber close to home, I watched videos, I tried to practice … The truth is that he is a player that I always liked and always admired, obviously” he assured.
