The runner, who enjoyed a great 2019 season with the franchise, extended the time of his contract and also did it for $ 50 million.
After a great 2019 season in which he reached the playoffs of the Nfl, Derrick Henry extended his contract with Tennessee Titans for four years and $ 50 million.
The 26-year-old has the fourth longest active contract for a running back, behind only Ezekiel Elliott with the Dallas Cowboys, Christian McCaffrey alongside Carolina Panthers, and Le’Veon Bell with the New York Jets.
Henry, who won the Heisman Trophy in 2015, earned his renewal after leading the NFL’s rushing yards with 1540 and recording 16 touchdowns per carry during the 2019 regular season.
