The Buenos Aires Rugby Union issued a statement stating that in the subsequent document a guide would be released with a series of steps and aspects to be taken into account by the clubs when they can return to practice.

In it, he assures that no return date is yet estimated but the clubs are informed of the protocol to follow in order to carry out an orderly and safe opening of the facilities.

“In order to collaborate with the clubs for the moment that the competent authorities in each jurisdiction allow the reopening of the social and sports venues for the return to training of our players and subsequent start of competitions, the Board of Directors requested the Subcommittee on Safe Rugby the preparation of a Guide that, taking into account the current preventive measures that are applied in current protocols and those recommendations issued by the Argentine Rugby Union, serves to prepare the action plans that must be carried out out for the return of the activity in a responsible and safe way “.

It contains different steps and aspects to consider. Objectives, roles of people indicated by each club, situation and measures and general considerations.

Then different phases are listed:

Phase 1: PREPARATION OF THE RUGBY CLUB AND AREA
Phase 2: PHYSICAL ACTIVITY / ENTERTAINMENT
Phase 3: TRAININGS
Phase 4: GAME WITH CONTACT or MATCHES
Phase 5: MATCHES with PRESENT PUBLIC

Finally, attach an affidavit that those who are going to join the club must present and 10 rules of commitment to comply with a safe return.
