From Germany they affirm that the 31-year-old defender will complete a decade of stay in the Bavarian club.
Jerome Boateng has a chance to stay in Bayern Munich next season despite rumors of his departure and the name of Diego Carlos, Brazilian defender of Seville, appearing as an alternative.
This follows from the information from Kicker, who maintains that the 31-year-old will fulfill the contract that links him to the Bavarian club until June 2021.
The 31-year-old German recovered his level and was reunited with continuity under the command of coach Hansi Flick, to establish himself in the center of defense of a team that won the Bundesliga and the German Cup in the recent campaign.
In any case, there is a determining factor according to the aforementioned German media: the man who had a fleeting visit to Manchester City in 2011 would continue at Bayern only if between December and January he received an “attractive” offer.
Boateng is on his way to completing a decade at the Munich institution and in recent years there has been talk of his possible march to PSG (2018) and Turin to play at Juventus (2019). However, he remained at his soccer home and hopes to do so for another year.
