The London team, with an inspired Harry Kane, prevailed 3-0 and reached 58 points.
Although the first goal of this meeting was an own goal, very early, after the misfortune of James Justin, the rest was pure superiority, or better, clarity to specify opportunities. So for being effective, Tottenham thrashed 3-0 to Leicester, and hit him hard in his aspirations for being third in the Premier League behind Liverpool and Manchester City.
The man of the party? Harry Kane. The English scored twice, the first in a quick counterattack and after a pass from Lucas Moura, and the second time again with a rating from the Brazilian, except that the player went a lot towards the band and when it seemed that the action was dead, Kane stopped. He managed to find space and take a shot that took an impressive jump rope and went down the furthest pole from Peters Schmeichel.
From that moment, we refer to the 40th minute (because all the goals were in the first half), the clash was more even, and Leicester tried to wake up, but always collided with the wall of the Spurs commanded by the Colombian Dávinson Sánchez.
Jose Mourinho managed a perfect approach, closed the spaces and had his rival create them, on his own ground, to take advantage of them in two frantic plays. Another proof that the one who attacks the most is not always the one who does the most damage. Thus, Tottenham reached 58 points and still dreams of achieving a place in positions in European competitions.
On the other hand, Leicester, who a few dates ago was so strong, puts at risk the place to the Champions League next season for which he fought so much.
