After the 2-1 defeat against the celestial machine of Cruz Azul in the final of the Cup for Mexico, this Monday, Chivas made official its clothing for the next Apertura 2020 tournament that is just around the corner
El Rebaño published images with the home and away shirts that their players will wear starting next Saturday. The garments were modeled by Jesús Molina and Antonio ‘Pollo’ Briseño.
In the case of the home jersey, the thick red stripes on the front of the shirt are its main distinctive; In addition, it has a polo neck with the colors of the flock and in the sleeves there are also white, blue and red piping.
For its part, the visitor’s shirt has no collar and is white, but with colored sides. On the right side, the sweater has a navy blue that fades, while on the left side it has a red tone that also loses strength as it approaches the center of the garment.
It is noteworthy that in clothing the shield, unlike previous years, does not have the stars of the championships obtained by the club.
Chivas will play its first match of the 2020 Apertura on Saturday July 25, when it receives the León at the Akron Stadium, in a match that will be behind closed doors due to the coronavirus pandemic.
