With ten days to go before the competition returned, the latest round of testing in the NBA bubble yielded encouraging results.
The NBA announced Monday that there were no positive tests for coronavirus during the last round of testing carried out last week within the bubble that established the league in Florida, considering the return of the competition on June 30.

“Of the 346 players evaluated for COVID-19 on the NBA campus since test results were last announced on July 13, zero have returned confirmed positive tests,” the league confirmed in a statement.
The previous Monday, the NBA had announced that two players had tested positive for the 322 samples taken in the first round of testing since the players reached the bubble.
