After a verbal exchange with Sinisa Mihajlovic, technical director of Bologna, the coach of the Bergamo team was sent off and will be absent against Rossonnero.
Atalanta is having a great season in A series and even extends to Europe. Much of this is thanks to the performance it achieved Gian Piero Gasperini, who will not be on the bench for substitutes against Milan.
The technical director of the Bergamo team will witness how he is invoiced for having been sent off in the match in which his team defeated Bologna 1-0 at Stadio Atleti Azzurri d’Italia.
And is that the Italian coach had a strong verbal altercation with his colleague Sinisa Mihajlovic. After that action, Gasperini was booked, although the protest he made for that card led to a second yellow card.
After the match against Bologna, when asked about the match, the Atalanta coach commented: “Let’s talk about the game and the team. It was a very difficult match. We are always fair and I should not have been sent off.”
