With the victory against Chelsea, the Reds have three consecutive seasons without knowing the defeat in their stadium.
Liverpool made Anfield his strength, the place where he consolidated his campaigns and that crowned him with the achievement of the coveted title of the Premier. The data is relentless: since the 2017/18 season the Reds finish without losing a game on their court.
The last time he met the defeat was on April 23, 2017, in the 2-1 suffered against Crystal Palace by a double by Christian Benteke. Brazilian Philippe Coutinho had put the team already led by German Jurgen Klopp in advantage.
Since then, in more than three years they have had 48 wins and 11 draws in Liverpool’s 60 games at Anfield.
