The Chelsea coach warned of some situations he experienced in front of the current Premier champion.
Frank Lampard warned Liverpool not to become “too arrogant” after the 5-3 loss he suffered Chelsea in Anfield on the penultimate date of the Premier League.
The Blues coach was involved in an exchange with the Reds bench, before Trent Alexander-Arnold converted his gloomy shot goal.
“For me it was not a lack of (Mateo) Kovacic and there were little things that did not go. I have no problem with Jurgen Klopp, he managed his team and he is fantastic. It is a very fine line between when you win and they win the league, fair play, but you don’t get too arrogant about it either, “Lampard told Sky Sports.
Regarding the match at Anfield, the coach appreciated what his team had done against the champion. “Some of the things I saw from our team today were tough, of a certain quality,” he said.
