Uruguayans Manuel Diana and Leandro Leivas extended their contract until 2021 with Toronto Arrows, a team that competes in the United States Major League Rugby.
Diana arrived last season and quickly became one of the most outstanding players on the squad: the eighth was the player on her team who ran the most times and ran the most with the ball in hand (59 and 286 respectively). On the other hand, during his first campaign with the Arrows jersey, the player who represented the Uruguayan team in Japan 2019, scored two tries and accumulated 33 tackles.
Wing Leandro Leivas, meanwhile, has been in Toronto for two years, in which he played 13 games. In turn, the 32-year-old back brings all his experience that he gained having represented Uruguay on 76 occasions, including the World Cups of 2015 and 2019.
It should be remembered that the former CUBA Argentines Tomás de la Vega and Juan Cruz González also join the Canadian cast.
