The second of the Eastern Conference outclassed Mike D’Antoni’s team in their first preparation match.
In a new day of meetings in preparation for the return of the NBA inside the Disney bubble, Toronto Raptors defeated Houston rockets 94-83 at the Arena Center.
James Harden marked the outstanding performance with a double-double and was the game’s leading scorer. La Barba scored 24 points, distributed 10 assists and dropped 4 rebounds in his 25 minutes on the court. For the Raptors, Serge Ibaka scored the most for his team with 18 points.
Additionally, the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the Boston Celtics 98-84. Those in the Western conference had a great performance by Steve Adams and the return of Andre Robertson after more than two years without playing.
Also, the Philadelphia 76ers had a 90-83 victory over the Memphis Grizzlies with a good performance from Ben Simmons, who came very close to a triple-double and showed his progress again from the 3-point line.
