According to La Gazzeta dello Sport, the Swedish striker will continue for at least one more year in the rossonero team.
Speculation about a possible exit from Zlatan Ibrahimovic of Milan once the season in Italy ends. However, the renowned newspaper La Gazzeta dello Sport assures that the Swedish player will renew his contract with the Rossonero team for one year.
In recent months, versions of any kind have emerged about the future of the Swedish striker. Some claimed that Zlatan could continue his career at Hammarby, the team in his country that he owned in late 2019. Others spoke of a possible withdrawal at the end of the campaign.
However, it seems that the striker will continue in the Lombard team, which has increased its level enormously after the stoppage and is getting closer to meeting its goal of qualifying for the Europa League.
The charismatic attacker has had a great influence on Pioli’s team since he came from LA Galaxy from MLS: he played 17 games, contributed eight goals and four assists in all competitions and is the team’s third-highest scorer in the current season, despite having only been half the season.
