The Seagulls have completed the signing of the former Reds midfielder for the next three seasons.
Adam Lallana has completed his departure this Monday Liverpool after reaching an agreement to play the next three seasons in Brighton and Hove Albion.
The former international with the English National Team had little role in recent seasons at Anfield and his contract with the Reds finally expired on Sunday, after the last day of the Premier League.
Lallana, who has played 34 games for the Tres Leones, joined Liverpool in 2014 from Southampton. The left-hander was one of the team’s leading figures in Jurgen Klopp’s early seasons at Anfield.
However, the midfielder suffered a thigh injury prior to the 2017-18 campaign and continued to struggle with his physique for the remainder of his time at Merseyside. Thus, the 32-year-old footballer has only played nine league games in the last three seasons.
Lallana now joins a Brighton team that finished 15th in the Premier League.
