The 33-year-old returned to the NBA campus in Florida after a controversial departure and will miss the first two games for the Los Angeles team.
Lou Williams is back with Los Angeles Clippers on the campus of the NBA in Orlando, but he will have to isolate himself for 10 days before joining his teammates in preparation for the start of the season.
The 33-year-old had had a permitted outing on a personal matter, but controversy was sparked when images of him were posted at an Atlanta nightclub alongside artist Jack Harlow.
“Ask any of my roommates which is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta. No one is partying. Relax,” Williams wrote on his Twitter account to clarify the situation.

After an investigation carried out by the league, it was determined that Williams will carry out a 10-day quarantine, so he will miss the Clippers’ first two games on the return to the regular season: July 30 against the Lakers and the August 1 against the Pelicans.
Williams’ return would be on Tuesday, August 4, when the Los Angeles team faces the Phoenix Suns.
