The league announced Wednesday that the last tests carried out on 344 protagonists had negative results.

The NBA It completed its final round of testing for COVID-19 before the resumption of the 2019-20 season and all players tested had negative results, the league announced Wednesday.

The New Orleans Pelicans will face the Utah Jazz and the Los Angeles Lakers will face the Clippers in the two games scheduled for Thursday at Walt Disney World, Orlando.

A joint statement by the NBA and the National Players Association (NBPA) detailed that 344 tests had been conducted in the ‘bubble’, since the previous results were announced on July 20, and neither player was a cause for concern.

In the previous round of tests there were also zero positives out of 346, while in the tests carried out on July 13 there were two positive players in 322 tests.

Each of the 22 participating teams played three friendly games through Tuesday, in preparation for the NBA restart.
