Juventus leads this list with seven falls.

Throughout its history, both with its old name of the European Cup (1956-92) as with the current Champions League (since 1993), the main club competition on the continent had 22 teams from 10 different countries that became champions throughout the 64 editions.

And it also had, of course, many who remained at the gates of glory: the runners-up.
