The Premier League 2019/20 had a total of 1034 goals to crown Liverpool as champion. Many of those screams were repeated by the same author during a game, with Jamie Vardy as the main character.
The top scorer of the campaign, with 23 goals for Leicester, achieved five double the same as the Gabonese Gabonese Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, the Arsenal striker who reached second place among the scorers with his 22 goals.
Manchester City was the team with the most goals scored this season, with 102, and even well above what was achieved by the Reds (82). A good part of that statistic is based on triplets scored by three soccer players on the team: Raheem Sterling, Sergio Agüero and Bernardo Silva. In addition, the Kun achieved three doublets.
Meanwhile, 2019/20 featured an outstanding match by Antonio Michail. The forward had four goals in the championship until the duel against Norwich, by date 35, in which he dispatched with another four in 74 minutes to be the only one to do so.
