The Serbian Novak Djokovic had a gesture of those that exalt him and leave behind the bad experience of the Adria Tour.
In a story released by the Serbian newspaper Telegraf, the Serb gave important financial aid to Sofija Markuljevic. This little girl suffers from spinal muscular atrophy, a disease that attacks the cells of the spinal cord and deprives her of movement and physical strength.
Djokovic financed the round-trip flight so that Sofija can be treated in the United States, in addition to helping her reach the two million four hundred thousand dollars that her treatment costs along with other donors.
It is not the first time that the world’s number one gives a hand to those who need it most and that is always good news.
