The Spanish footballer referred to the decision he made to leave Valencia to be a new player for the citizen group of England.
After being one of the most heard names in the last week, but never heard of him, Ferran Torres he broke the silence and went out to talk about his departure from Valencia to be a footballer for Manchester City.
In an interview for the BBC, the new citizen player commented: “As a player, I consider myself ambitious, someone who wants to win. As time goes by and you feel that you are better prepared, then you want to take on greater challenges, experience a change of environment I think I’m ready to do it. “
On this same line, the Spanish footballer continued: “I always think that I am the best and that I want to be the best. I work to try to be the best. If you do not think you are the best, then nobody will.”
Finally, Ferran spoke of Valencia and closed: “It is the team from my homeland and the team that gave me everything. I remember putting on my shirt and then going to the bathroom looking at me almost dazed. I was only wearing my shirt and shorts.”
