The Philadelphia Eagles coach has no symptoms and is isolated, the NFL franchise announced.
The coach of Philadelphia Eagles, Doug Pederson, tested positive for coronavirus, as announced by the franchise of the Nfl, which also confirmed that it is symptom-free and isolated.
The information comes four days after the Eagles star and three-time Pro Bowler Lane Johnson was placed on the Reserve / COVID-19 list, after his positive diagnosis.
“We received confirmation tonight that head coach Doug Pederson tested positive for COVID-19. Pederson is asymptomatic and doing well. He is currently in quarantine and in communication with the team’s medical personnel. The organization follows protocols established by the NFL and NFLPA, “the Eagles statement said.
He adds: “Anyone in close contact with Pederson at our facilities has been notified and will continue daily testing procedures and compliance with all protocols before returning to the facility.”
