The Clippers beat the Pelicans with George's 3-pointers

The Angelenos were inspired by the shots of three and devastated before a lost rival, who returned to count with few minutes of his young star Williamson.

Los Angeles Clippers they returned to victory against New Orleans Pelicans 126-103 at HP Field in Orlando. Those led by Doc Rivers they were very fine from the line of three and they achieved the franchise record in the NBA with 25 triples in the match.

The first half had Kawhi Leonard and Reggie Jackson on fire. The forward scored 18 of his 24 units and the base, 12 of his 15 goals in the first two sections in which they took a 33-point advantage. The difference widened over the third quarter, reaching a maximum of 42.

Paul George had a great performance scoring 28 points on the evening with an impressive 8-of-11 shooting from three. For the Pelicans, rookie Nickeil Alenxander Walker scored 15 points and Derrick Favors converted 12 units and lowered 9 rebounds.

The minute restriction on Zion Williamson, who barely managed 7 units, cost the Louisiana franchise dearly against Clippers who had no mercy and exploited the shot of three with 53.2% among the entire team.

With this comfortable win, the Angelina franchise maintains second place in the Western Conference with a record of 44-21. While those led by Alvin Gentry are moving further and further away from the eighth position that would give them a place in the playoffs.
