The Brazilian will decide where to continue his professional career when the season ends. At the moment, he already has five offers on the table.
Willian rejected a new renewal offer with Chelsea by two years. However, although he already knows that he will not continue at Stamford Bridge, he delayed the decision on his future until the end of the season.
The Brazilian winger has been at Stamford Bridge for seven years and, after several attempts by the club to continue to count on his services, the link will finally come to an end.
His agent, Kia Joorabchian, told talkSPORT last week: “He has two specific offers from Premier League clubs on the table, one from an MLS club and two from Europe. He is going to make his decision after the last game of the season. “
Frank Lampard made it clear after the FA Cup final that he wanted to continue to count on the 31-year-old footballer, noting that “he was brilliant this season with his contribution and work ethic.”
“It is his choice and I respect it. He has been a great server for Chelsea if he decides to go ahead, and if so, we should do it too,” added the coach.
In fact, the Blues already thought about next season and signed two new wingers: Timo Werner of Leipzig and Hakim Ziyech of Ajax.
