Toronto Arrows today announced the hiring of another Argentine player. This time it is Manuel Montero, formed in Pucará, with a past in Jaguares, Los Pumas, Argentina XV and whose last team was Olimpia from Paraguay, who had played the American Super League this year.
Montero also played for the Argentina M20 team in 2010, and his debut with Los Pumas in 2012, with which he accumulated 27 games (22 as a starter) and supported 16 tries during. La Pantera also appeared in 45 games in URBA Top 14 / Top 12 in multiple matches with Pucara between 2010 and 2019, scoring 29 tries during.
Montero, 28, is the fourth Argentinean to sign with the club for the 2021 season, joining compatriots Tomás de la Vega, Gastón Cortés and Juan Cruz González, to play in the Major League, the professional league in the United States.
