“He has a lot of quality and always looks at the forwards. It is very good to play with him,” he added.
Manchester City is set to hit the field on Friday against Real Madrid in search of a ticket to the Champions League quarterfinals. Gabriel Jesus recalled the first leg, in which the Citizens won 2-1 at the Bernabéu.
“It was a great game. I scored and helped the team and the people recognized me. They played very well. It is very difficult to go there and play against them,” he said.
He added: “We suffered in the first 15-20 minutes and then we played well. We started to play our football and then we could have scored more. We were very good with the ball, but without the ball we played one of the best games since I came to play here. “
