Those led by Nick Nurse continue to show off their great work in defense, but they also have great individuals in attack that make the difference.
This time around, Fred VanVleet was Toronto’s top scorer with 21 points, 10 assists, 4 rebounds and one steal. But the 26-year-old guard was well accompanied by Serge Ibaka and Norman Powell, who jumped from the bench to contribute 11 and 14 points, respectively.
The Canadian team has remained undefeated since the resumption of the league, not letting their rivals reach 100 points in two of the three games they played and are still in eighth place in the Eastern Conference.
