Although not a day has passed since the departure of DT, the Turin directive is already working to appoint his replacement.
Although the news was released this Saturday, the board of Juventus I already had everything prepared in case Maurizio Sarri did not beat Olympique de Lyon. And as the French cadre advanced in the Champions, the Turin squad already has a series of candidates in the pipeline to assume technical management.
The first on the list is the Argentine Mauricio Pochettino, former Tottenham coach and who for now is living in Barcelona. Juve was already interested in him, when he was in charge of Spurs, so now it would be easier to link him.
Another gaining force is Simone Inzaghi, who has been in charge of Lazio in the season that just ended. His campaign was highlighted by winning the Italian Cup title, a final in which he just beat Juventus.
Zinedine Zidane also appears on the list, who was also out of the Champions League with his Real Madrid and who the board likes because of his past at Vecchia Signora. This option is more complicated, since French is comfortable in Spain.
Antonio Conte is another of the nominees, although he recently said that he has a serious project at Inter and that for now returning to Turin is not part of his plans. Maybe a good economic offer changes everything.
Finally there is Paulo Sousa, with a past at Juventus and who has gone through clubs such as Leicester, Swansea City, Basel, Fiorentina, among others.
The decision is expected to be made as soon as possible to start organizing next season.
