Don Garber, commissioner of the American soccer championship, spoke about the measures that will have to be carried out by the franchises.
Days from the end of the MLS between Portland Timbers and Orlando City, Don garber, commissioner of the league, came out to speak about the protocol that the franchises must comply with for some fans to return to the stadiums, although not all teams are involved.
The institutions that people will be able to enter their infrastructures and those that will not depend on how each government of their respective State sees it, since the steps to follow in the midst of the pandemic are not the same in all parts of the United States.
In a statement to discuss these measures and certain teams, Garber said: “There are several states in our country that allow a limited number of fans to attend sporting events today.”
And he closed: “Those clubs that are interested in receiving fans where their states allow it, we will consider it after a plan is presented and that plan follows the guidelines of our infectious disease doctors and the protocols established by the states and by the CDC
