Rome: quarantine exception for tennis players

Good news for tennis players planning their return to the circuit: there will be no need for quarantine in Rome when traveling from the United States.

By a decree of the Italian Prime Minister, Giuseppe Conte, players traveling from the United States (where the US Open will be played from August 31 to September 13) must not quarantine. They must deliver a coronavirus test, with a negative result, carried out in the last 48 hours.

The Masters 1000 in Rome, where Rafael Nadal could return, is played from September 20 to 27 and is the last stop before Roland Garros.
