The 42-year-old American thus achieved his third victory on the PGA Tour.
Jim Herman got his third victory in the PGA Tour with a win for a hit in the Wyndham Championship. The American produced a brilliant 63 under par in the final round at the Sedgefield Country Club in North Carolina.
Herman finished at -21 after scores of 61 and 63 over the weekend, culminating in a shot ahead of Billy Horschel (65). Additionally, he tied for the lowest total on 36 holes by a winner, with 124 between Saturday and Sunday.
The 42-year-old’s triumph was the first of 2020, adding to his success at the 2016 Houston Open and last year’s victory at the Barbasol Championship.
Kevin Kisner (64), Webb Simpson (65), Doc Redman (68) and Kim Si-woo (70) finished tied for third at 18 under par. Patrick Reed, the 2018 Masters champion, shot a 64 to tie for ninth place.
