Bayern Munich will not be released to replace Thiago

The Spanish midfielder is close to becoming a new Liverpool player and Rummenigge believes the club already has the players to replace him.

Thiago Alcantara would leave Bayern Munich to play in Liverpool when your participation in the Champions League, but Karl-Heinz Rummenigge, executive president of the German club, believes that they will not need to go on the market to replace the Spanish.

“It does not have to be inevitable that we go looking for someone in that position,” said the manager of the Bundesliga champion in dialogue with AZ. And he added that Thiago’s place could be taken without problems by Corentin Tolisso.

“He is a world champion, a player who plays the role differently from Thiago or Martinez. Coco is very dangerous in front of goal. We hope that Coco brings a lot of quality to our game,” Rummenigge said of the Frenchman.

Bayern have already signed Leroy Sane from Manchester City, as well as Tanguy Nianzou from Paris Saint-Germain and Alexander Nübel from Schalke 04 for next season. There were many rumors about the possible departure of David Alaba, but it is most likely that he will extend his link with the Bavarian club.
