The world champion is not yet fit, so he will miss his fourth consecutive Grand Prix.
The main candidate for the title will extend his absence. Marc Márquez, who suffered the fracture of his right humerus four weeks ago, will not be able to compete in the imminent Styrian Grand Prix and will string together his fourth date of MotoGP without running.
The world champion missed the appointments of Jerez, Andalusia, Brno and Spielberg, and will also do so on the Austrian track. This is what the Honda team gave it to understand, when they announced that Alex Márquez and Stefan Bradl will be the representatives in the Red Bull Ring.

The eldest of the Márquez brothers is still unable to add in this 2020, since in his only presentation, on the first day in Jerez, he had to retire after an accident and after completing 21 laps.
