Conrado Roura will continue his career in the United States. This Thursday the club, Dallas Jackals, made it official by announcing on their social networks the arrival of the third row with a step in Los Pumitas and Pumas 7’s, and that this year he played for Ceibos.
He grew up in Córdoba. He started playing rugby at age 13 for Club Palermo Bajo. He went on to represent his country as a wing in Argentina’s M20 team. In 2016, he helped the team to third place in the M20 Worlds and was named the team’s MVP. In 2017, he was selected to join Pumas 7’s.
Conrado said: “I am proud to say that I represented my country by playing on the national sevens team.” In 2019 he returned to his team, Palermo Bajo and then joined the Ceibos Rugby club, the second professional rugby team in Argentina, in early 2020.
On his move to his new club, he told the official website: “The Jackals are in a great league with great professionals, I hope to join the team. I want to become a better player and a better person. I heard that Dallas is distinguished by culture , art and museums, so I’m excited to explore the city, ”said Conrado.
