The highest paid athletes are tennis players

As every year, Forbes magazine published in August the list of the highest paid athletes in the world. A list in which tennis players dominate.

This time only the soccer player Alex Morgan has managed to sneak into the Top 10, and at number 10.

The main novelty this year is that Serena Williams (36 million dollars) gives up her throne for the benefit of Naomi Osaka (37.4 million dollars), who unseats the American after a four-year reign.

The list covers the period from June 1, 2019 to June 1, 2020 and adds sports earnings to sponsorship revenue.
