Bolívar de La Paz confirmed today as reinforcement the Angolan player Anderson Emanuel Castelo Branco da Cruz, his second signing from Spanish football with a view to the resumption of the Copa Libertadores, in which he will face Tiger.
The president of the celestial club, the businessman Marcelo Claure, welcomed the footballer, 24, with a message in Twitter in which he highlighted that he is a player “powerful and fast” than “will contribute a lot” to the attack of the La Paz Academy.

Anderson Emanuel, who has Portuguese nationality, reaches the Academy of La Paz from Fuenlabrada Spanish and it’s the second signing of Bolívar’s new sports director, the Hispanic Javier Recio, who also managed the arrival of his compatriot Alvaro Rey.
The Angolan began his career in 2015 in Varsim Sport Club of Portugal and was in Spanish teams like Ourense, Rapid of Bouzas and Alaves, in addition to NK Rudes Croatian and French Sochaux-Montbéliard.
Under the command of Argentine Claudio Vivas, Bolivar took up the face-to-face trainings at the end of July, after the Bolivian transitional government approved the protocol presented for the use of sports facilities, subject to quarantine rules.
After a first phase of closed training in a hotel on the outskirts of Peace, the celestial were able to train in the last days at their headquarters in Tembladerani and also in the Hernando Siles Stadium, located at about 3,650 meters of altitude.
That stadium will be the stage in which the Academy will receive Palmeiras the next 16 of September on the third date of the Copa Libertadores group stage, which was suspended since March due to the pandemic.
