This weekend there will be a special race for the team Ferrari. The Italian team will complete 1000 Grands Prix within the Formula 1. This is why, in the last few hours, several tributes were made to the structure founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1929. Among those who pay tribute to Ferrari are Charles Leclerc and Mercedes.
This Wednesday it was confirmed that the red car will not be of this color in the Grand Prix of Tuscany, which will be held this weekend. The design of the car for Sunday will be in memory of the first Formula 1 that raced in the Monaco Grand Prix in 1950. In addition, Mick Schumacher will give a lap of the Mugello circuit in the F2004, which gave the title to his father.
Charles Leclerc’s helmet
The Monegasque rider presented a special design of his helmet for this weekend’s Grand Prix. In the protection you can see different historical Ferrari cars, among which are Michael Schumacher, Kimi Raikkonen, Juan Manuel Fangio, among others. In addition, on the front and back of the helmet it has the inscription of the 1000GP, next to the Italian flag.
The red safety car
The most significant change this weekend will be by Mercedes. In this case, the safety car will not be silver, but will change to red, in honor of Ferrari. “There is something different about the Safety Car this weekend! The Ferrari team marks the historic 1000GP Formula 1 number. That is why we are changing the Mercedes to red at Mugello.

The Italian team will reach the 1000 Grands Prix. In total, he has 770 podiums and 238 victories in his entire career within the category. For their part, they have 16 constructors ‘championships and 15 drivers’ titles, the last one obtained in 2008 by Kimi Raikkonen.
