He Manchester United announced this Thursday its list of players to play in the Champions League, with the inclusion of Uruguayan Edinson Cavani and the losses of Argentines Marcos Rojo and Sergio Romero.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer too has decided to include the young Uruguayan Facundo Pellistri in the squad of 25 players, who signed for United on the last market day.
Romero, whose departure from United had been rumored, remains the team’s fourth goalkeeper behind David De Gea, Dean Henderson and Lee Grant. The Argentine could still leave United since the English market is still open for registrations and cancellations with other English teams or with countries whose market is still open.
Donny Van de Beek and Alex Telles, who joined the Old Trafford team this summer, have also made their way onto the list.
