Coach Lionel scaloni already plans the options to form the team of the Argentina Selection for the visit to Bolivia by CONMEBOL qualifiers, this Tuesday in the height of La Paz.
After 1-0 win over Ecuador this past Thursday, Scaloni has a couple of doubts to put together the starting eleven.
One of the options is on the right side of the defense, after a regular performance by Gonzalo Montiel and with the possibility of joining Juan Foyth, his replacement at the end of the match against Ecuador.
He another footballer in doubt is Marcos Acuña, who ended up with a muscle strain on the hamstring in his right leg. To occupy that position there are several possibilities, which would contribute varied things.
Eduardo Salvio would give it a dynamic similar to that of the ‘Egg’, including more verticality at the time of attack. Exequiel Palacios could give him more game and associations with the other midfielders, in addition to having a good contribution in attack.
This Sunday the squad will travel to Bolivia, doing a training session on Monday at The Strongest site, which will help the DT to define the team that will have a very difficult stop in the 3600 meters high from La Paz.
It would not be surprising if Scaloni makes a few more changes than the two named above and will surely take advantage of the five changes approved by CONMEBOL for these Qualifiers.
