In Buenos Aires the November qualifying window for AmeriCup 2022. FIBA’s office in America announced that between 27 and 30 will be disputed in bubble format the groups A and B, with Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Panama, Paraguay and Uruguay.
Taking into account the health protocols for the COVID-19 pandemic, FIBA decided to return to competition in a format “bubble“ that will allow to have a more controlled and safe environment so that the teams can carry out the competition. In addition, this format will allow the implementation of the governmental Sanitary Protocol required by many countries in the Americas.
Each of the selected venues will host the national teams that make up each group of the FIBA Qualifiers AmeriCup 2022, at which the top three teams from each will attend.

It will host the groups A and B made up of Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Panama, Paraguay and Uruguay.
DOMINICAN REPUBLIC HEADQUARTERS:
It will be the one who hosts the member countries of the group C: Canada, Cuba, Virgin Islands and Dominican Republic.
It remains to be confirmed by the authorities the host country of the group D, which includes the Bahamas, the United States, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
