In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, PGA TOUR and ZOZO Inc. announced that this year the ZOZO CHAMPIONSHIP will not be played in Japan and that is why it has moved to Sherwood Country Club in Thousand Oaks, California.

Sherwood is a Jack Nicklaus Signature design that hosted Tiger’s Hero World Challenge from 2000 to 2013, and where Woods has an impressive record of five wins (2001, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2011). and five second places, making it a field that is poised for Tiger to reach victory number 83.
