The week started off with some very surprising news for fans of the Formula 1. The organization unveiled during the early hours of Tuesday the new calendar for the 2021 season. Although many possible novelties were being considered, some routes were surprising due to their presence and others due to their absence.

The 2020 season was planned to be 22 races. However, the global coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) was a palazo to the aspirations of Liberty Media and the entire organization of Formula 1. Near the end of the calendar, the most ‘controversial’ stage of the year begins. The Brazilian Grand Prix its headquarters have not yet been confirmed. Interlagos has everything ready to welcome Formula 1. However, you will have to wait for what will happen with the circuit of Rio de Janeiro. This circuit was the focus of criticism due to the environmental problems that will arise with its construction. Then the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, which is receiving a large boycott following requests for Amnesty and many human rights organizations.
