Eddie hearn, promoter of Campbell, confirmed the news that his fighter gave, adding that he will not be ready for December 5.
“Unfortunately, Luke campbell tested positive for COVID-19. He is in total isolation and will resume training soon, but will not be ready by December 5. We are working on a new date with Golden boy and with DAZN and we anticipate it being a very short postponement for this great fight, “he tweeted Eddie hearn.

Through a press release, Golden boy, also confirmed the postponement.
“Campbell it’s fine, ”he reported Golden boy, but the fight will have to be rescheduled. As we know, the fans were looking forward to this great fight. All parties involved are working to have a new date as soon as possible ”.
Ryan Garcia regretted in social networks the news of the positive of Luke campbell, and the delay in the fight.
“2020 is not going to give up until the end,” he tweeted Garcia.
