Super Rugby Unlocked: Bulls beat Pumas and were crowned champion

This Saturday the last date of the Super Rugby Unlocked and the first fully South African tournament champion was met: Bulls. The whole of Pretoria crushed 21 to 5 a Pumas to keep the title. On the next turn, Cheetahs closed his participation with a resounding victory by 28 to 9 against Griquas.

In addition, on Friday, the match between Sharks Y Stormers, second in the table and who could snatch the title from Pretoria. However, that match had to be canceled, thus facilitating the Bulls’ title.

BULLS 21 – 5 PUMAS (Saturday)

With an irregular campaign, Cheetas concluded his participation in Super Rugby Unlocked with a resounding victory against Griquas, the only team that did not achieve victories in the tournament. The local started better with Ntsila’s try after a great play by Rosko Specman. However, from the feet of De Beer, the visit would go ahead at half-time by 8-9. Already in the complement, the Bloemfontein team defeated their rival and supported three tries to sentence the story: Mnisi, De Haas, Rudolph were in charge of supporting.
