Wales beat Georgia for the Autumn Nations Cup

By the second date of Autumn Nations Cup, a Welsh without shining it surpassed a Georgia who has yet to score points so far in the competition, 18-0.

In a match in which bad weather conditions did not contribute to the development of the game, wing Louis Rees-Zammit, 19, and the experienced scrum half Rhys Webb, who entered from the substitutes’ bench, were the authors of the only two tries of the Dragon team and therefore the match.

Callum Sheedy, meanwhile, gave the winning team two penalties and a conversion. It should be noted that this was the third meeting between the two combined, and on all occasions the winner was Wales: 13-6 in Cardiff in 2017 and 43-14 in the 2019 World Cup in Japan.

As it is, those led by Wayne Pivac, who had just lost to Ireland on the first day, reaped their first victory in the tournament and were third in the table of positions corresponding to Zone A, led by England, who won their first two games.
