Gymnastics LP reported this Sunday that the players Matías García and Brahian Alemán tested positive for covid-19, after the usual swabs before each game.
“The tests yielded positive results for the players Matías García and Brahian Alemán. They are asymptomatic, they are already isolated and their clinical picture will be monitored by the medical staff of our Club until their full recovery”, reported the Wolf through a statement.
Gymnastics will face Talleres this Monday on date 3 of Group B of the Diego Maradona Cup Championship Zone.
In addition, the club clarified that it did not present more cases outside the professional establishment.
“The swabs yielded negative results for the rest of the players, technical body and work staff of men’s soccer. (…) On Saturday the players Horacio Tijanovich, Matías Gómez and the teacher Ignacio Dahul tested positive for COVID-19. They manifested symptoms during the morning and a swab was carried out. They are in good health, will remain isolated and with continuous monitoring of their clinical picture by the medical staff of our Club until their full recovery “They added in the statement.
