Ferrari is the most important brand in the history of the Formula 1. Since the first official season of the category, in 1950, the red team was the protagonist of the championships and generated a large number of fans. Not only do the Italian fans have a great passion for the team, but several fans around the world follow the Ferrari campaign.
That is why in the last hours it was known that one of the most important restaurants in Italy brought to light an auction for Ferrari and Formula 1 fans. The gastronomic place will put on sale a collection of more than 150 objects historical that are the dream of any collector of the world of the motor and especially of the ‘Scuderia’.
Objects and prices
The collection that the restaurant ‘Il Cavalino’ put up for sale, has several very important collectibles. Among other things you can find key rings, books, paintings signed by the most important figures, and a long etcetera. However, there are items that are not available anywhere in the world and that have an unusual cost.
One of the biggest auctions is a helmet that you used Fernando Alonso on his debut for the Italian team in 2010. The Spaniard sought his third title, but lost to Sebastian Vettel in a historic race at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix that year. In addition, there is another protector that the Spanish used in the 2013 season. These helmets can be obtained with a starting price of 5,000 euros.
On the other hand, an engine of a Formula 1 used in 2006 could be found in the list of objects, with an ‘economic’ price of 30,000 euros. Michael Schumacher it has its privileged place in that collection. Not only can you see helmets, if not an engine cover of the Ferrari F2002, with which ‘Schumi’ achieved his fifth World Championship.
