As confirmed to Scrum, Nahuel Tetaz Chaparro suffered a fairly serious injury in the duel between Bristol board Y Gloucester and must be at least ten weeks without playing.
The pillar of Los Pumas, a recent addition to the Bristol Bears, was playing his first game as a starter against Gloucester. In the first half he was replaced by a leg injury.
As confirmed by the same player, the studies showed a serious tear in the twin that will require approximately ten weeks of recovery.
“The tendon between the soleus and the calf was cut,” said Tetaz Chaparro. The officialization of Bristol is still missing and we will have to wait if the club decides to hire a medical joker to replace the Argentine pillar.
