Premiership: despite Facundo Cordero's try, Exeter fell to Sale

Matchday 11 of the Premiership featured Sale Sharks who beat Exeter Chiefs 25-20. On Saturday February 27 there will be a huge Argentine presence that will be present in the English teams.

The game started early with a try by Byron McGuigan to take the initial advantage. Nevertheless, Facundo Cordero cut off his illusions and supported the first conquest of the party for Exeter. Halfway through the first half, Sean Lonsdale stretched the scoring for the visitors to seek first place in the Premiership. On the other hand, Jack Yeandle, captain of the defeated team, was sent off after 26 minutes of the initial stage. What’s more, With one minute to go, Bevan Rodd led Shaks to break 15-13. In the second half, Sam Simmonds surprised with a try to retake the partial victory. Similarly, it was not enough because Curtis Langdon sealed the last try for the locals and thus take away the possibility of having been leaders of the contest to Exeter.
