Ramos killed another Argentine in Córdoba

True to his fierce backcourt style, Albert Ramos beat a fourth Argentine rival so far this week and qualified for the grand final of the Córdoba Open.

After leaving Juan Ignacio Londero, Tomás Etcheverry and Diego Schwartzman on the road, it was Facundo Bagnis’s turn in the semifinals. It was 7-5, 5-7 and 6-3 in two hours and 50 minutes of the game.

The Catalan who lives in Andorra and is 47 in the world ranking won two titles (Bastad 2016 and Gstaad 2019) and lost six other finals (Casablanca 2012, Chengdu 2016, San Pablo and Monte-Carlo 2017, Quito 2018 and Kitzbuhel 2019).
