Since his retirement, the athlete dedicated himself fully to motor sport, of which he was always a fan. He was a founding member of the Tango Competición motorsports squad, which he founded with driver Marcos Ligato in 2006 but separated in 2009 while he was still a tennis player. He achieved fourth place in the fight for the Maxi Rally Cup and in 2015 he was reconfirmed in the Tango Rally Team driver squad, accompanied by Daniel Stillo.
